Cached only integrationThe Freshdesk API is limited (by Freshdesk) according to the version of Freshdesk taken. The effectiveness of integration is a product of the number of users, number of contacts and level of Freshdesk taken (Sprout, Blossom, Garden, Estate, Forest). For 10 integration users it is effective for between 2,000 contacts (Sprout) and 10,000 contacts (Forest).  Halving these values as you double users.
